Individual Therapy
I work with individuals 18 years and older. I feel excited about working with folks who are navigating emerging adulthood, dealing with life transitions/changes, those seeking deeper sense of purpose and meaning, and folks who are part of LGBTQ+ communities and communities of color.
Sessions are 50 minutes at length and are provided via telehealth for those living in Washington state.
Session fees vary from $100-140, considerations can be discussed based on financial factors/barriers.
Clinical Supervision
I have been providing supervision services since 2021 and have completed 30 hours of clinical supervision training. I feel so energized when able to support clinicians in their own practice, whether they are beginning this work or are continuing to grow their skillset.
Individual supervision is one hour in length and we can determine a frequency that fits best with your needs.
Supervision fees are $100, sliding scales can be discussed based on any financial factors/barriers.
I am able to supervise individuals in Washington state and only via telehealth. I am not able to provide consultation/supervision for EMDR training/certification.
